EASY NO KNEAD BREAD 
Oven at 375 degrees. Makes 1 loaf.

2 c. unbleached or all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl.

1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil

Heat in saucepan over low heat until very warm. Add 1 egg and warm liquid to flour mixture.

Mix - blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

Stir in another 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour to form stiff batter. (Batter will follow spoon).

Rising - cover batter; let rise in warm place (approximately 50 minutes) until light and doubled in size. Stir down batter; spoon into greased pan. This batter does not rise a second time before baking. Put in oven. Bake 45-50 minutes for one 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
