EASY CHUCK ROAST 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
Pepper to taste

Place roast in pan. Cover with cream of mushroom soup, sprinkle onion soup mix on top, add pepper. Cover with heavy foil or tight lid. Be sure pan is covered tightly. Cook for 3 hours at 275 degrees.
