ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground chuck
Onions
Garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies
2 lbs. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Heat the soups together. Also heat the enchilada sauce. Brown meat, garlic and onions. Heat tortillas in hot grease then dip in enchilada sauce and line pan. Then add half of meat mixture. Place another layer of tortillas (heated and dipped). Then add rest of meat, soup, green chilies and rest of enchilada sauce. Put cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
