SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, brown and rain
30 oz. tomato sauce
18 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced fresh or canned
1 c. water (omit if making in crock pot)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
3/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram

In crock pot, simmer 6 hours or longer on low. Can leave on all day. On stove, simmer on low 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
