TACO SALAD 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can Mex style stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Chili powder and salt to taste
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream; optional
Tortilla chips

Brown beef, onions, pepper; drain. Add beans, drained tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili powder and salt.

Line a pan with chips. If desired spread a layer of sour cream on top. Add meat mixture on top. Place another layer of chips on top and then the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
