7 c. Crispix cereal 2 c. corn chips, bite size 3 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Melt butter in pan; add spices; stir. Then add cereal and chips. Coat well; spread in large baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer. Stir and 15 minutes more. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Makes 9 cups. |
