2 c. flour, unsifted
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. Coke
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. nuts

Sift flour, sugar into bowl. Set aside.

Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to a boiling point. Pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and marshmallows. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into oiled and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Ice cake while still hot.

For icing you combine butter, cocoa, coke and heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar and add nuts and vanilla. Mix and ice the cake.
