MOCK LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. fillet of Haddock or Pollock
1 can frozen shrimp soup
1 tbsp. sherry or lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
About 30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Or use canned cream of shrimp soup.

Place fillets in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Pour cream of shrimp soup over. Add sherry or lemon juice. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

While fish is baking, stir onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce into melted butter. Then blend with cracker crumbs.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over the fish and bake 10 minutes more, or until brown. Serves 6.
