SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 slices white bread (remove crusts)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cream of mushroom soup with water

Mix all ingredients except soup. Shape into balls, brown slightly to hold together. Cover with cream of mushroom soup diluted with water Simmer.
