SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. fresh ribs cut in serving size pieces.
2 c. applesauce
2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook ribs on rack in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and cook 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven, spread ribs with applesauce, then sauerkraut. Sprinkle brown sugar over sauerkraut. Bake another 30 minutes until meat is done.
