SWEDISH MEAT BALLS WITH MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread
3/4 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Paprika
Pepper

Place bread in mixing bowl. Add pepper, salt, allspice, sugar, onion and ground meat. Mix well and form into balls. Dip in flour mixed with paprika. Brown well in greased fry pan. Put in baking dish with a can of mushroom soup and a can of water. Bake slowly for 1 hour. Uncover for last 15 minutes (325 degrees).
