RASPBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained well
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. flour

Mix well sugar, eggs, cream and flour. Place berries in pie shell. Spoon cream mixture over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

You can also top with pastry strips before baking or mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup flour and sprinkle on top. Good with whipped cream, sprinkled with dash of nutmeg.
