CHRISTMAS PUNCH 
16 c. water
16 c. sugar
8 qt. strawberries
4 c. peach or apricot nectar
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
8 qt. club soda
2 qt. club soda, frozen into cubes

Boil the water and sugar together for 5 minutes until it forms a syrup. Let cool. Pour the peach/apricot juice, orange juice and lemon juice into your largest mixing bowl or a big pot.

Begin adding sugar syrup until you get a very strong sweet/sour flavor. The flavor has to be strong to stand up against being cut with the club soda. Set aside the remainder for later use.

Pour the mixture into quart bottles and refrigerate. The night of the party, pour one bottle of the base mixture into your punch bowl; add generous amount of ice and fill with soda. Float at least 2 quarts of strawberries on top of the punch for a buoyant decoration and watch your holiday munchkins dive for it. Serves 30-40.
