CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 boiled chicken
5 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 lb. bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 can of biscuits

Break chicken into pieces. Cook onion and vegetables in broth for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir flour into milk and let set 1 (1 1/2 hours), while preparing other ingredients.

Then stir flour mix into vegetables until thick. Add chicken. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish. Top with biscuits, bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until biscuits are brown.
