CRANBERRY MARSHMALLOW CREAM 
1 lb. ground cranberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Mix together cranberries, pineapple and sugar in a bowl. Fold marshmallows into the whipped cream. Fold cranberry mixture into whipped cream mixture. Chill until serving time.

To prepare recipe a day or two in advance, chill cram and cranberry mixture separately and fold together just before serving. Makes 10 cups or 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
