STICKY BONES 
4 lbs. beef ribs
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients except ribs in saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Place ribs in single layer in baking pan; cover with hot marinade and let stand 1 hour. Drain off marinade and set aside for basting. Bake ribs at 325 degrees for at least 1 hour, turning and basting often with marinade.
