BETTY ANNE'S EGG CASSEROLE | |
5 eggs (equivalent in Eggbeaters can be substituted) 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. mustard 6-7 slices bread, torn up 1 c. ham, cubed 3/4 lb. sharp cheese, cubed Beat first 3 ingredients together. Grease a 2-quart casserole, put in bowl cubed bread, ham, cheese. Add egg-milk mixture. Let sit overnight. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered. |
