CHICKEN ROMANO 
4 chicken breasts, split
Flour
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. grated Romano cheese
1 c. white wine

Dust chicken with flour. Pour melted butter into a 9x13 inch pan and add chicken, plump side up. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, basting once. Sprinkle chicken with cheese and wine; return to oven and bake another 30 minutes, basting twice. 4 to 6 servings.
