PICKLE RELISH 
1 1/2 qts. shredded cucumbers
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 sweet peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. salt

Let stand one hour and drain. Add: 1 1/2 c. white sugar 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Cook ten minutes and can.
