MARGE'S KOOGAN 
1 pkg. roll mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. shortening

Follow recipe on roll mix box.

FILLING:

5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. condensed milk (or can use half and half)
Canned fruit

Roll dough and put into pie plates. Cover with drained fruit. Let stand 5 minutes. Brush rim of crust with softened butter. Put filling mixture over drained fruit 1/3 for each pie.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 300 degrees until set. Again brush crust with butter. 3 pies.
