MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) creamette Acini De Pepe macaroni

Cook until tender, drain, rinse and drain again. Refrigerate overnight. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice 1 can mandarin orange slices (drain, discard juice)

Chill all fruit. Combine: 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. sugar

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool overnight. Combine sauce, fruit, macaroni and add 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping. Chill thoroughly. Serves 10 to 12 people.

Suggestions: Sounds good to add cherries, fruit cocktail or any other fruits of your choice. (Also, add salt to taste to the sauce, much better!) Enjoy!
