LOW CHOLESTEROL MEAT LOAF | |
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey 1 egg or equivalent EggBeaters 3/4 tsp. salt Pepper 1/2-3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1/4-1/3 c. lowfat milk Onion (optional) Mix all ingredients and place into baking dish. Garnish with a ribbon of catsup or barbeque sauce. Bake 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees. |
