MUNG BEAN OR ALFALFA SPROUTS | |
1. Soak seeds overnight in lukewarm water. 2. DRAIN water. Rinse 2 times with lukewarm water. DRAIN. (Cool to warm 60 to 75.) 3. Store in a dark place (or in a bag). 4. Rinse seeds twice every day; morning and night. (More often is okay; less often leads to decay.) 5. When sprouts are about 3" long, expose to sunlight about 1 hour, to develop green color if desired. 6. Serve on salads, sandwiches, or just enjoy. |
