TENDER TASTY PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
1 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper

Season pork chops and then brown them in a small amount of oil or drippings. Onion may be browned slightly. Add water and bouillon cube in the water as it boils. Season the liquid slightly. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until tender.

Note: A portion of an envelope of dried onion soup may be substituted for the bouillon cube and onion.
