VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. frozen French green beans
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 slices bread, cubed
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables together according to package directions. Drain well. Add cheese (cut up) to drained vegetables. Let it melt and stir thoroughly. Melt butter in saucepan and add cubed bread and stir until well saturated. Add bread mixture and soup to vegetables. Blend well and pour into baking dish. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be prepared in advance. Great reheated.
