CRANBERRY CUPS 
1 (9 oz.) can (1 c.) crushed pineapple
1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) pineapple slices
1 pkg. cherry flavored Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 sm. whole orange, quartered & ground
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. walnuts, cut up

Drain both cans of pineapple, reserving syrup. In saucepan, combine gelatin and sugar. Add water to reserved juice to make two cups; add to gelatin mixture. Heat and stir until gelatin and sugar dissolve. Add lemon juice, chill until partially set. Add ground fruits, crushed pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into 8 or 9 individual molds. May use one large flat pan. Chill until firm. Unmold on pineapple rings atop lettuce.
