JB'S HEARTY BREAKFAST WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. flour (white or wheat)
1 c. oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

In a very large bowl stir together the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl stir together the eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture and stir until blended.

Pour 1/2 to 1/3 cup batter onto grids of preheated (lightly greased) waffle maker.* Close lid quickly, do NOT open during baking.

Bake 3-4 minutes. Done when edges and top are crispy. Top with fruit and vanilla yogurt.
