MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ranch style beans
1 bag taco chips
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can enchilada sauce

Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with taco chips. Pour all ingredients, except cheese, over chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top, then cook for 5 more minutes.
