PIG CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. juice from a can of mandarin oranges
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 4 minutes. Then add oranges and beat until pieces are small. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add topping.

TOPPING FOR PIG CAKE:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Juice from 1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple
1/2 c. sugar (powdered)
4 oz. whipped topping

Blend pudding mix and pineapple juice. Add sugar and mix. Stir in whipped topping and then add drained pineapple. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
