CHOCOLATE PRALINE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 sm. can walnuts or pecans

Bring brown sugar and butter to soft crack stage, about 7 minutes on medium heat. (Gets stringy in water). Watch closely. Place nuts on bottom of a well buttered dish. Pour sugar and butter mixture over nuts. Spread chocolate chips to top. Let cool and then cut into pieces.
