CHINESE HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 - 1 c. rice
1 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onions; add celery, peas, soup and water. Pour into a 2 1/2-3 quart casserole and stir in rice and soy sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours. May be topped with chow mein noodles before serving.
