3 lbs. fresh spinach
2 lbs. stew meat
2 onions, chopped
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/4 c. Mazola oil (to fry spinach)
Salt and allspice to taste
1 can Chi Chi (garbanzo) beans

Clean the spinach and chop in small pieces; wash it several times. Put 1/4 cup of oil with the spinach and cook for 10 minutes.

Brown the onions with the meat until it is cooked. Add the spinach and the beans to the meat and onion. Let it cook together for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve hot with white rice on the side.
