PISTACHIO SQUARES | |
1 1/2 sticks melted butter 2 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts Mix and spread into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 of 12 oz. Cool Whip Beat above together and spread over cooled crust. Let cool 10 minutes. Mix 2 boxes of pistachio instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Beat until thick then spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with other 1/2 of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. |
