MARBLED FUDGE BARS 
1 c. butter
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

In a heavy saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Beat in 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs until well blended. Stir in flour, salt, nuts, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. In a small bowl beat at low speed the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread the chocolate mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. With a large spoon drop the cream cheese mixture in dollops on the batter. Swirl with a knife to marble.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack. Cut into bars. Refrigerate.
