CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up
Some butter or oil
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken quickly under cold water tap; dry well. Grease (with oil or butter) large 12" skillet. Place cut up chicken in skillet, skin side up.

Open both cans of soup. Place soup onto chicken, sprinkle in curry powder and garlic powder. Stir soups around until all flavors are blended and chicken pieces are completely covered with the mixture. Cover skillet. Bake on center rack of oven for 1 1/2 hours. Last 1/2 hour of cooking time, remove skillet lid to brown.
