EASY GOULASH | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup (10 oz.) 1 can vegetarian vegetable soup (10 oz.) Half soup can of water 8 oz. macaroni and egg noodles, any size or shape 1 tbsp. soy sauce, in place of salt Cook noodles or macaroni as package directs. Brown ground beef. Add chopped onion to meat and cook until limp or transparent, about 5 minutes. Add soups and water and stir. Stir in cooked noodles and season with soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes to combine flavors. Serves 4. Great with crusty bread, tossed salad and dessert. |
