POTATO LEEK SOUP 
4 med. potatoes
1 c. mixed vegetables
3 c. of milk
Dry mustard to taste
Garlic powder
2 large leeks cleaned and sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook the potatoes, leeks, and vegetables until soft. Drain and mash with the butter until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat until hot, but do not boil. Serve hot.
