CUBED STEAK CASSEROLE 
4 pieces cubed steak
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 stick butter

Place steak in large glass dish. Layer onions, carrots and potatoes on top. Heat soup with butter and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
