CHERRY PORK CHOPS 
1 in. thick center cut pork chops
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup
Flour

Flour pork chops and brown in skillet. Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to boil and add pork chops and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If you cook more than 6 chops, double recipe.
