LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients with 3 cups water in large pot; blend well. Simmer one hour or until vegetables are tender.
