SEVEN-LAYER COOKIES 
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Spread all the following ingredients over butter and cracker crumbs. Making layers, start with coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and then Eagle Brand milk. Spread nuts on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Cool and cut into small squares.

Makes 2 dozen or 1 pound.
