DELICIOUS CHICKEN BAKE 
1 chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
Celery salt
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Cut up chicken. Sprinkle each piece with salt, pepper and celery salt. Dip in mixture of 1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk. Roll in mixture of 1 cup flour and 1 cup crushed corn flakes. Fry in fat until brown on both sides, turning only once. Remove from frying pan and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour.
