DENISE'S HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. smoked ham
2 lbs. lean pork
1 lb. lean beef
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Have the meats ground together at meat counter. Add eggs, graham crackers and milk and mix and form into balls. Place in a shallow baking pan. Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. This makes about 50 meat balls and fills 2 cake pans.

If you plan on freezing 1/2 the meat balls, only make 1/2 recipe of sauce. Then make sauce fresh next time.
