KATIE'S VENISON BARBEQUE 
1 Venison roast
Spices of choice
Bay leaf
1 onion
Water to cover
1 bottle barbeque sauce

Cover venison with water, spices and onion. Cook 18 hours in crock pot or slow cooker. Pull meat from bone when tender and pour out other ingredients. Cover pulled meat with barbeque sauce and simmer. Serve on heated buns with slaw if desired.
