ALMOND CHICKEN 
1 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
1 c. raw rice
2 pkgs. chicken noodle soup mix (Lipton)
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. slivered almonds

Brown sausage, onion, pepper and celery. Add rice, soup and water. Add almonds. Bake 1 hour in a covered casserole at 375 degrees.
