BREAD STUFFING 
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. rosemary
Hot water or meat stock

Cook onion in butter. Stir in crumbs and heat. Mix with remaining crumbs and seasonings.
