CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
2 (1 oz.) sq. grated unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
9" pie crust, baked
Whipped cream

Combine chocolate, sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in yolks and return to heat. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Chill, covered on surface with plastic wrap, in pan.

Beat filling. Fold in 1/2 cup of the whipped cream. Spoon into pie shell. Chill and serve topped with remaining whipped cream.
