BEACON HILL COOKIES 
1 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs (whites only)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Beat 2 egg white stiff, adding sugar gradually to whites. Beat to stiff peaks. Add vanilla, vinegar, salt and vanilla. Fold in chocolate (melted). Add nuts and coconut. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
