BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 broiler-fryer chicken, 2 1/2 lbs., quartered
1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. onion flakes

Cook 18 to 20 minutes. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, with thick edges toward outside of 12 x 7 x 2 inch microproof baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush 1/2 the sauce over top of chicken. Cook, covered with waxed paper, on high 10 minutes. Turn chicken, brush with remaining sauce. Cook covered on high 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
