CARAMEL CORN 
2 (5 oz.) bags Old Dutch Puffed Corn
3/4 c. real butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

In a 3 quart saucepan melt butter, add brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil and allow to bubble for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda.

Pour mixture over puffed corn which has been placed in a large roaster. Stir until well mixed. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring popcorn mixture every 15 minutes. Remove from roaster and enjoy.
